Mellow Yellow

For this home renovation, we transformed a beloved family cottage into a permanent residence while preserving its relaxed, getaway charm. The original architectural details held precious memories for the homeowners, so we collaborated closely with our contractor, tradespeople, and cabinet maker to reimagine the dated, cluttered space into a calm and simplified home. We began by updating all interior doors, trim, and baseboards, using solid core doors and harmonized trim for an instantly cohesive look. A fresh coat of paint brightened the space, and by carrying the same color into the custom kitchen cabinetry, the space feels seamless and spacious. Finally, we selected furnishings that both promoted relaxation and had a stylish point of view.
